I don't think you're a rube, but I do think you're very invested in this whole thing and could probably benefit from stepping away and taking a break from the site for a little while. As could I.
Almost every weekend she goes to a place that does not have internet access. She is currently in that place. Multiple mods were able to confirm that she is in that place, and that there is no internet access there. We're not going to doxx the person you're accusing, obviously.
Also, honestly I feel like I've moderated enough of her comments to say I don't really see enough resemblance to say it's an impersonation either.
Haven't figured it out but we're banning any that pop up. It's not the person that was accused previously as they haven't had internet access for a couple of days. I'm not going to doxx them, but several mods were able to confirm that they were and still are in a location with no internet access.
The mod who was accused often has limited internet access on weekends and I was able to confirm that she literally hasn't had internet access since Friday and still doesn't. I had to get in touch offline.
Yeah, I've been pretty flabbergasted by the last 3 days as I know most of you are.

Yep. That's the goal here. I'm here toanswer a few burning questions and help fix some things that got messed up, but we're all taking a little cooldown here.
REgon has had a long-standing history of hostility including stretching back to their now deleted former account, and a cooldown period was deemed appropriate well in advance but wasn't actually applied at that time as they weren't actually being hostile or accusatory then. It's not permanent and we'll welcome them back in a few days.
I'm not locking anything or going anywhere. I'm here til we get this fixed.
