He’s term-limited anyway. Just hope he doesn’t pave the way for Le Pen or some other out and out fascist to take over for him.

Also a planet-burning machine. They’re very versatile that way.

Something like a syndication model makes a lot of sense. Certainly more sense than every studio or legacy network trying to operate its own streamer. I also see a lot of potential in FAST services like Pluto, Freevee, and Tubi. Locking old content behind a premium-priced ad-free streamer isn't necessary.

I read about this in Mary Beard's SPQR. Highly recommend that book if you're just starting out learning about Roman history, particularly Cicero.

If you’re on Apple platforms you can try NetNewsWire. Comes with a Safari extension that you can use to easily add a feed and it syncs with iCloud and/or Feedly. Edit: grammar

She’s built like a steakhouse, but she handles like a bistro

That’s my problem, actually. I very much do not want music bundled with ad-free YouTube. I’d pay a reasonable price for an unbundled version, but the Premium family plan is more than the top-tier Netflix or Max subscription.

They already sent a legal warning to them but apparently didn’t realize that Invidious doesn’t use their API and never agreed to any terms of service.

Same for Beehaw.

There's also the option to just hit the NSFW toggle in your profile settings, but that's pretty blunt.

Also you can't block communities on Mlem, which is really annoying if you don't want to see all the yiff content
