What does this mean to the game on steam? Only delisting from the shop but still downloadable? Or will it be taken from my Library? I haven't bought it yet, because I never heard of it. But it looks fun... So maybe while the sale goes on?

Ok, I need to ask this: have you got any karina hart content in 4K? Any set of pictures or a video?

When your board owns a free pcie slot, you could also buy an extension card to use all of you m.2 ssd.

Yeah, like DNU said, something more grindy. Or something difficult. So more like PoE where you can play thousands of hours without seeing everything or knowing everything. Or like Black Desert Online with its afk mechanics. Or a game with a lot rng like dwarf fortress or rimworld.

Or speedrunning stuff. But some kind of idle... 😅 indeed unexpected.

Well maybe it is because said games are my timesinks... Even though I haven't played any game as long as he/she did.

Wtf... The review gets a whole other dimension with this knowledge... It's more the "help me" of an addicted now...

Do you all expect localization is tied to laws for china? I realy don't think so. Most games are split into global and asia/chinese versions anyway. Why should they remove these mechanics when it isn't necessary for the market they operate in?

What breed of dog is this? A shipperke?

[-] [email protected] 1 points 7 months ago

Why this gets downvoted?

Only to be ake sure I understand this correct: you where >4 ppl 1x transporter, 1x Collector und >2 or 3 player that where killing other players to literaly rob them?

Even if I understand this could be fun, I must admit the whole pvp aspect and ppl like you are the reason I still haven't bought the game... I know this will be an important aspect. Hiring protection as a trader, being a payed mercenary, multicrews and the fitting ships are only possible/necessary because of pirates and ppl like you... But in the end I feel like I am not enough of a roleplayer anymore to enjoy stuff like this 😔... Expecting to get robbed every time I try to earn some money seems like no fun at all 🤷🏻‍♂️

On the other hand I hate that almost in every game with possiblities liket this huge factions will arise because of players seaking for the greatest possible security to avoid said scenario...

😄 there are a few:

  • Celeste -> great platformer. Maybe the best I ever played.

  • Tiny Thor -> another good platformer

  • Sea of Stars -> I have some mixed feelings about this. All in all a good game. The visuals are fantastic. The story is ok (so far), the music is very cool. The battle is good but to be honest, for a round based combat system it has to be compared with games like final fantasy and it is much much flatter. Once you got the basics, no suprises will be left. And this is a pity. I expected the battle system to be the heart of the game... But it seems like the visuals are. 🤔 As I said, good all in all, but not as expected.

  • Brotato: This could be my game of the year 2023. Awesome game loop. Nice for a "short" round inbetween...

  • Cosmoteer: Awesome game if one likes to build stuff and management aspects in games. But not as easy as it seems first.

  • Ember Knights: great co-op rouge lite. Played it when it was in early access and it was great already. I should take a look into it, now it is finaly released.

Hi,

Since r/NAS is not available and the [email protected] could not provide that much help I am here again to ask stuff ;D.

My 10years old NAS quited work and I am looking for my opportunities. And since I am tinkering with my raspi and am generally interested in selfhosting stuff like jellyfin, joplin e.g. I decided to take the step to build my own Nas instead of buying another Synology device.

I would like to provide my needs but since I am not sure about it it is only a try... Moreover I cannot say where the journey will take me to^^

What I know:

  • 4 sata slots so I can use my actual drives and have the option to upgrade
  • Transcoding with jellyfin would be nice
  • having my own cloud storage is a long term aim
  • joplin server
  • maybe some terraria dedicated server could be cool also
  • low power usage and low noise are two criteria i would consider important since the energy prices only know one direction where I life
  • x64 architecture to use debian server or TrueNas Scale (I need to dive deeper into TrueNas before deciding)

My former favorite is this fanless board:
MITAC PD11EHI-J6413 MINI-ITX
Con:

  • I realised that the second M.2 slot does not supports M key SSDs but I planned to run the OS on an NVME... and since there is no PCIe the singel M.2 slot with M Key support is the only way to upgrade to 4 sata slots.

My actual favorite (but more expensive) choice seems to be:
MITAC PD10EHI-N6415
Con:

  • price (not so much of problem)

ECC compatibility feels unnecessary.

Is there anything that I have forgotten? Any better choices from european vendors? Ordering from america is not an option because it would take forever to arrive and the process to get it from the zoll is time consuming and would put taxes on top.

Thanks in advance 😊

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place, but I will give it a try.

My 10years old NAS quited working and I am looking for my opportunities. And since I am tinkering with my raspi and am generally interested in selfhosting stuff like jellyfin, joplin e.g. I decided to take the step to build my own Nas instead of buying another Synology device.

  • low power usage and low noise are two criteria i would consider important since the energy prices only know one direction where I life

At the moment my favorite is this fanless board: https://www.minipc.de/catalog/il/2942

I would upgrade it with a pci card to get more sata slots or with a m.2 card which would do the same thing.

ECC compatibility feels unnecessary.

Is there anything that I forgott? Any better choices from european vendors? Ordering from america is not an option because it would take forever to arrive and the process to get it from the zoll is time consuming and would put taxes on top.

Thanks in advance 😊

Edit: I just realised that M.2 M key SSDs are not supported by the slot... This reduces the options to chose from
