There's a difference between going too slow and going the speed limit. Show me one where they were going the speed limit. You're not going to get a ticket for going the speed limit.

The FAA is too afraid to allow it and there isn't enough pressure to do anything about it.
IMO it makes it worse because we're just allowing rich people to use it so they don't have to pay to modify their private planes
The goal was to reduce the power of the federal government, now everyone is on board with that. Now businesses only have to deal with state regulations instead of federal, and states are much easier to control/fight. All of this culture war crap was just a way to get people to fight for deregulation.
They still use leaded fuel in airplanes. There are higher concentrations of lead contamination within a mile of an airport.
The only way that guy got on the roof is if he was already familiar with the building. My guess is that he worked there at some point. You couldn't have gotten onto that property from the venue.
