I always found the thought alone scary. Imagine losing one year of your life locked up. Everything around you would just 'move past' while you're caged in. Now imagine eight years of your past life and how much happened in that time and what you would have missed.

I don't think any country should have lifelong (timely unlimited) sentences, they're incredibly cruel, maybe worse than death.

That also assumes every bill you use will be immediately returned to a bank. You'd have no way of knowing where money comes from and belongs to after one hop. Just make a purchase at the supermarket to exchange a 50 for 45 and you've got anonymous cash.

To be honest, I can't remember the last time I have read a statement that talked about bringing in third party investigators. Is that common for corporations?

All these &share= variables or similar attachments to links can actually be removed and are mostly used for tracking.

One small upcoming one is Popular Front, but they seem to have a stronger focus on conflict reporting and the subcultures associated with it. Seems to be a Vice News for Gen Z.

I'm glad that one didn't stick too much. Covid and all that stuff I still see a lot, but decrying 15 minute cities as a bad thing is really too much mental acrobatics.
