It's easy. Stop parking and "unloading" on the fucking bike path. Getting doored is also a messed up encounter... Not recommendet.
Since none of this is going to change ... self inflicted wound.

My guess is that gunplay in any version of "creation engine" is going to be janky as ...
30 FTS for this kind of game should not matter too much in world, but I agree that it's pretty disappointing. But I'm extremely skepticial about the whole release anyway.
I'm not touching anything google with a 10m pole... Chrome will not end up on any of my systems.
Chromium or forks of that would be ok I guess. But I'll stick to FireFox.
Greed. Nothing else.
But on the other hand they get a free shotgun with their first credit card debt /s
realistically it’s going to be impossible to implement this. not even taking the das into account that most of the people making these decisions have absolutely no clue
Uff. And I thought i’m crazy! I’ve seen this only a handful of times now. I hope this doesn’t manifest into a large problem? Gonna keep my eye on it and take note of the IDs next time.

If you're in Europe it's very easy. A GDPR request is supposed to give you everything you want (and don't want) from your account. Chats, comments, posts, ... everything.
If you're not in europe... phew. I don't know. But i'm sure there's a script on GitHub. Can't search GitHub right now, it's blocked in the office network :( (for good reason..)
Don’t know why but I’m skeptical. AAA releases have been quite often a disappointment for me the past few years. Hope it’s going to keep the promise…
that option would be very nice, yep. especially on somethign like an ipad etc.
Jup. Deleted all my posts, guides and comments yesterday.
I think it's somewhat dramatic for the "future" since so much of reddit is absolutley great knowledge. I can't count how many times a reddit post or comment has helped me solve all kinds of weird problems...
I'm in the EU so I did a GDPR data request before deleting and essentially have a backup of all my own content. I'll filter through it and put on Lemmy or my blog what I think is worth keeping.
Good question, I'd love to know myself.
Most chatrooms I see (regardless with protocol or platform) are idled to death by everyone; regardless how small or big the room is - there's just not much going on. And starting a conversation is often difficult
I guess people are burned out with and by various chats. Work-chat, Kids, Family-chat, School-parents-group-chat ...
