This is the only answer. Git history is forever.

CT scans don't use magnets.

If I need an mri, they would cut it out. If I'm unconscious they won't use an mri, it's too risky (what if I had shrapnel from a war wound).

Should be all wet if you can. It's healthier for them.

My guy loves the dehydrated stuff but won't eat it with water, so i mix it with raw kangaroo meat (which he also loves).

Picky little spoiled fucker won't eat anything cheaper.

Why not? How often can you buy another sense?

Today I mostly forget it's there and occasionally am surprised when I reach for a running microwave, or am near high voltage lines. It's good for party tricks - I rub my hands together to pretend to make static electricity, then pick up coins. People then try to do it and obviously fail.

I have a magnet implant under my skin in my hand, no need to glue.

Just need a couple of these: https://dangerousthings.com/product/xg3/

Nuke it and reinstall from scratch. If windows was hardware activated before, you shouldn't need a key to reactivate it. It's tied to the hardware ID.

Either my brothers intellivision, or SimCity in black and white on an old Mac classic.

Unfortunately this removes anything marked as undefined, which also includes most of the English content. I've stuck to just blocking communities or whole instances where I can.

Lemmy could really use a tag system for communities, so you can opt out of things you don't want.

Hard ceramic on hard glass like that is really unlikely to make a seal of any meaningful force. Those dishes are not perfectly flat on the edges.

It's a sliding door, just do it slowly and carefully and you'd be fine.

Have you looked at Airalo? I've used then many times for esims

I think this is just a lemmy bug and not specific to us: https://lemmy.world/post/18706448

Ljdawson we need you now more than ever, you're our only hope!

Heads up for anyone running mlmym on their instance, your site is probably being used for google SEO manipulation: https://github.com/rystaf/mlmym/issues/101

If you're running an old version, update to v0.0.40!

Y'all have been tempting me with your declious looking bread. I realize a bread machine is going to make simple loafs and not the stuff that's usually posted here, but curious on thoughts if they're worth it?

I'm low on time and lazy. I won't make bread if I have to whip out my KitchenAid and dough hook. Tossing some ingredients in a machine I can do though, plus it could make the dough for more complex things too if I do occasionally have the energy.

Should I do it?

Hello everyone!

I'm going to be taking the server down on Sunday to apply system updates, as well as migrate us to running across multiple lemmy containers.

Currently we do a nightly restart of lemmy / lemmy-ui at 2am resulting in a 2-3 minute outage (visible on our status page). This change will make those restarts transparent so I stop getting alerts on my phone.

I'm current planning on starting this at 11am PST on Sunday Feb 18th and will probably take about 30 mins.

Edit: All done! We've upgraded to postgres 16 as well.

For some reason I've been added as a mod of [email protected], which I actually blocked a while ago. I can't seem to self remove myself, maybe a lemmy bug from me being on a different instance.

Can a LW admin please remove me from that community?
