Also center of the road politics in the US has had rights taken away from millions of people in just the past year, and it’s going to continue to erode them from more. I’m not telling you to change your political stance, but I am telling you that people see them as an attack because they have literally been attacked by “moderates”.

But as established before, the teacher is an idiot and wrong. I promise you that the teacher did not create that assessment herself. Shit, the font looks like it was put out by Envision/Savvas, a huge producer of math curricula in the US. The developers of that curriculum are expecting the students to not answer “it’s not possible”. They are expecting them to answer “one of the pizzas was larger”. I promise you if you look at the provided answers that is the expected answer. It’s not a trick question, it’s a question to get the students to think critically and figure out what would make the situation possible.

How in the holy fuck is everyone still focusing on “it’s a bad question” and not “this teacher is a fucking moron who doesn’t understand the curriculum they are supposed to be teaching”? Jesus, for years I’ve been listening to people bitch about critical thinking not being taught, and then they see this and immediately complain about a critical thinking question.

That’s the only logical explanation. Their reality has the ability to instantly transfer consciousness, build completely lifelike Android-clones, create artificial gravity. The only way the whole thing “works” is if it’s more a psychological expirement.

I see any “announcement” by Reddit as pathetic attempts to regain legitimacy. Ain’t gonna happen. If Spez is fired and all connections to him are severed I might sniff around Reddit again. But it would be like getting a drink with an ex you’re over. I wouldn’t be there to rekindle anything, just morbidly curious how big of a dumpster fire they are.

I agree Musk isn’t a visionary. At one time I might have argued differently, but with his public face and Twitter disaster it’s pretty evident that he’s just a rich guy who finds something neat and throws money at it.
