That's my point. I doubt altering comments would have any advantage over deleting them. You just hide what you wrote from other peasants but not from Reddit.

I can't play it due to ideological reasons (can we please not post tiktok links?)

Can the reminder bots be migrated too?

How do you know they don't keep post revisions too? It's trivial to implement and probably not much more data.

I've had the suspicion about my comments ever since I've posted kbin ads (only twice). Timely comments fitting the thread and zero reactions while the one I replied to gets 1000s of upvotes.

Oh well, it'll be over next week anyway. Prepare for the wave!

Rarely, if ever. But if I watch something local it is usually news, game shows or something like that, not big screen productions that usually suffer from this "loud sound, silent speech" annoyance.

Unless it's some rural dialect. Then all bets are off. But then I have the same problem with many English dialects.

As a non-native English speaker it's quite reassuring that native speakers (I assume?) don't understand everything either.

90% posts from the same account. Hardly a community.

It's really hard to code while fucking.

Many people just have phones now.

Not OP but I have my KeePass file on a locally hosted Nextcloud instance. Synced to multiple computers and phone but the Nextcloud server is only accessible at home LAN.

Passwords are the kind of data that don't belong in the cloud, in my opinion. Those companies are too juicy targets.

That's more like it. Also, the more senior I became the more my LoC "productivity" became negative. Now, I get pleasure from deleting obsolete shit or replacing error prone spaghetti with a simple API call the author did not know about (more often than I like to admit that author is myself).
