Yes - you can use your Proton account to log directly into Simplelogin via web, browser extension, or Android app. I suspect the Proton Pass feature is related to their partnership with Simplelogin but not sure? I actually just noticed the email generation Pass feature this week. Having that integrated into the password manager is really handy. May be time to start using it but migrating password managers is a pain.

Ah you are right - I had created the Proton Doc on the web and launched it after from Android after. I did not actually create the file in Android. Just checked and the option is not there for me either. Maybe next update? Still would prefer the ability to use Standard Notes as the client, similar to how I can with SimpleLogin today.

You sort of have one but not really. You can launch it from the Android Proton Drive app. Granted it then launches it into a web browser, but GrapheneOS/Vanadium seems to handle it well. Would also prefer an app, or allow me to use Standard Notes as the client and sync with my Proton account.

I use a FUTO voice and Helio keyboard combo by just calling FUTO from Helio when I want to dictate. Works great for me. I tried the FUTO keyboard and it works well enough but not quite as well as Helio for me. Still contribute money, though, because I like where they are headed.

I really enjoyed Voyager. Saw it for the first time in 2020-2023, so maybe that played a part. Of course Tuvok, Seven, EMH, and Janeway were great, but I even liked Neelix as a character.

If they treat it the way they do with Simplelogin, then you can choose to keep your accounts separate. Just the option to log in via your Proton account will be a future option if they end up including standard notes as a premium feature.

Me too. And SMS since we are on mix of Android and Apple.

NMS is my Zen game. I have over 500 hours in it just in the last two years. I know the game is not for everybody. I have friends who don't understand why I hop through the galaxies, explore systems, hunt for ships, play the expeditions, and build base after base after base, even though so much can feel repetitive for some. But for me, it became my new Minecraft - "one more brick". I love the expansive feel of it, and find the isolation relaxing. If i want to see others i can hop over to the Anomaly or hit the community build areas. I cannot wait to see what Hello Games has come up with.

Yes, works well for me. My work uses GMail and K-9 supports it. I don't have the Play Store and K-9 supports OAuth.

Seconded on the respect comment. It may not be fair, but I think people using their laptops in meetings are distracted by the myriad notifications constantly bombarding us, checking email, or otherwise not staying engaged. Harder to be present when your device keeps clamoring for your attention.
