I'm guessing that's digital face replacement at the end. If it was Tom Cruise, I'd believe it. 😁

Thank you for the advice! 😆

Madame Web co-star Emma Roberts remains loyal to the movie, suggesting it never stood a chance against the internet.

Considering what I posted earlier, this is perfect timing! 😆

I've never seen the film but after reading that, I think I have to now! 😄

Cacoon? I can login to Amazon and get a bluray copy from Germany within a week for £15.

Well, that certainly beats Duke Nukem's record!

I'm currently playing through Rage and really enjoying it.

The races are fine and not that hard to win and I haven't touched a card game yet. I get enough money from selling all the junk I find as I play.

I'm regards to it's sequel, I'm very methodical (blame my autism 😁) and I played the game by competing all missions and side quests in one area before starting the next.

This side effect of this was that I upgraded the character so much, when I competed the final mission, it was so easy, I didn't realise it was the final mission and it took me by surprise!

The first trailer will broadcast during the British Formula One Grand Prix this Sunday.

I remember the day bluray won the format war. Was very tempted to buy the HD-DVD add on for my Xbox360 but held of.

Different film studios were backing each side and the last to call it was Warner Bros who chose bluray and that was it.

Sorry mate, still blue by about 1500 odd votes.

[-] [email protected] 24 points 2 days ago

I don't want to see Reform get any seats really when it's filled with people like this.

They're just a live action version of the Daily Mail. They only believe immigrants and trans people are a problem because Farage and his crew tell them so. Otherwise I bet those groups of people have barely any impact on their daily lives whatsoever.

[-] [email protected] 9 points 2 days ago

I'm not too far away and I'm hoping the area has some common sense, it's always blue here as well. Although my wife said many votes have been lost as some people didn't know about voter ID. Bloody Tories, it hasnt helped here though has it!

[-] [email protected] 3 points 2 days ago

Well, the article says £130/$150.

The Tories have already introduced ID for voter fraud that was non existent and taken away most of the power from the Electoral Commission. It wouldn't surprise me. 😆

I don't know if it's true but I've heard the story that Bill Murray also dislikes the second film because the script they filmed was apparently very different to the one that got him to sign on to the sequel.

Tom Tykwer's 'Run Lola Run' Sprints For A Solo 4K UHD Disc July 30th

Matthew Hartman

Posted Mon Jul 1, 2024 at 08:42 AM PDT by

**After enjoying a rest with the 13-Film Sony Pictures Classics 4K set, Sony is sending Tom Tykwer's iconic multiversal thriller 'Run Lola Run' to the solo-disc races. All indications are this is the same disc as before, only without ten other films... and possibly without a slipcover.   **

Run Lola Runis a hell of a film with a banger of a soundtrack. It looks amazing in 4K Dolby Vision and that German 5.1 mix is a beast. But, you'd only know that if you bought the 11-film Sony Pictures Classics 4K box set. Which is a great set if you wanted all of those other films. For those you didn't want the box set, well, Lola is taking another run on 4K, this time on her own! All indications for this press release tell me this is the same great disc as before. It doesn't indicate if the English and Spanish dubbed tracks will be included or not. My guess is that they will be and this is just a simple repackage without the custom slipcover - we've put in a question about that and when we get news we'll update. until then here's to 25 years of Run Lola** Run! **

Not exactly a photo mode but I'm loving Rage. The post apocalyptic design is wonderful and the game is full of detailed locations, even if the textures are quite low resolution in places.

Something is wrong in Appalachia in the first trailer for 'Hellboy: The Crooked Man.' Jack Kesy stars as the big red hero trying to figure it out.

I would've shared the video via YouTube, but unfortunately, it's embedded into Entertainment Weekly's web page. As a big Hellboy fan, I'm not sure what to make of it so far, but I like the horror vibe.

Fuck it, I ripped it to my YouTube account. Find it here.

Rage (Xbox360) (feddit.uk)

I've spent four hours playing Rage today via the Xbox Series backwards compatibility. (Is it emulation or real hardware?)

Anyway, for an Xbox360 game I think this looks really good and still holds up today. The speedy loading times certainly help as well.

I did try and play a while ago on the PS3. I don't know if Rage was pushing the PS3 to the limit, but as you turned around, you would catch models and textures loading in. Apparently you could alleviate this a bit by installing an SSD but you're still limited by the PS3's older SATA connection.

Having played this on my Series X, I don't know if the Xbox Series is almost void of this because of the modern hardware or if the Xbox360 version was actually the better machine with this game engine.

I completed Rage 2 a year or so ago when it was given away free on the Epic Game Store and loved it. The original game is essentially the same but on a much smaller scale. It's a balanced gameplay of driving and FPSs sections.

I LOL'd on my first encounter when I've if the bad guys shouted, "Where's that wanker!" 😆
