I have a somewhat skewed perspective on this. I get the hate for large corporate stores like Walmart and Amazon, but as someone who can't drive due to being legally blind, both companies have given me a level of independence I've never had before. Before grocery delivery became widespread due to Walmart+, I had to take a cab to and from the store (extra $30 each way plus tips). I remember reaching out to a locally owned grocery store 20 years ago and asked if they would be willing to deliver weekly groceries for a monthly fee. I was told in no uncertain terms to go fuck myself, they literally laughed at me. Times change though, and now I can get everything I want or need for a fraction what it used to cost even with inflation. I can also shop more confidently since I can see the products better and get more info about them online then in a store.
Remind me again what the republicans have accomplished in the last 4 years?

Back in the 90's when I was in high school, my school had a zero tolerance policy. Anyone who used racist language, or committed violent acts against a minority was expelled. There were investigations, police were called, etc. But if the events were found to be race based, the perpetrator would be expelled. A black and Indian girl got int o a fight over a boy. The black girl called the Indian girl a sand n-word. Black girl got expelled. Another event was two friends calling each other the n-word, not even fighting, both got expelled due to the word being on the banned list. A teacher got fired for calling a Chinese kid something too, though don't remember what it was. This was in LA California if that helps. My 5 years there, saw at least a dozen expelled or fired.
Faith and Religion are two different things. Yes, I think the world would be far better without Religion. But faith gives people strength to overcome challenges that otherwise may destroy them. Faith doesn't require you pay anything, money, time, etc into it. Faith is a personal thing between that one person and whatever they happen to put the faith into. Faith doesn't require you to kill someone else because they don't share that faith. Faith doesn't require you study some fairy tale written by storytellers thousands of years ago. Religion is the opposite of all that, and for it's survival requires you to spread the virus by any means necessary.

You nailed it. I left Twitter the day he took over, haven't looked back once. Anyone still using it is perfectly fine with the dumpster fire and can burn in it.
Extremely pessimistic to the point that I have a planned out when the dumpster fire gets close enough to ruin what little peace I have.
Drink more water, listen to your body, don't give more to someone then they give to you, respect yourself, and your time.
