Not quite that good, I'm afraid. Though what I'm seeing around her about self hosting is looking appealing. Thanks to you and others I've found a few ways I think for the distribution part. Now I just need to find a way that will automatically download books I add to my to read list and move them to the distribution site and I'll be in business.

Earthbound is without a doubt amazing. Can't wait to fire it up on my Miyoo and play along this month.
One of my best Earthbound memories was a pad of scratch and sniff stickers I somehow stumbled into along with it. There was one particular smell that I think was supposed to be the 'gross' one. Every couple of years I'll run into a place or situation where I catch that scent dead on. Always makes me laugh and I'm glad it's not common enough to make it less special.
Might need a correction, it's the H2O. I absolutely love it with the official cover. But I haven't tried any others. Going on the third year now.
If I was going to look at another one I might consider a more even backlight, but it's a very small issue. And I'm going to catch myself out here, but you can't set bedtime light adjustment earlier than 9pm.
Also when's cremposting coming over? =]
This is such a fair point. What made me think of it was that I browse story graph, and add lots of books to my recommendations. Then every so often I go through that list, look up a pile of books in mam, download them, import into calibre and then dig out a micro USB to move them over.
There's got to be a better way! Bi-annual pain in the butt is not zero pain in the butt.
I could totally see Fantasy Realms filling this need if it matches up thematically with your universe.
Otherwise maybe any trick taker with a little extra theme sauce would get you there. Or look for some top filler games and then reprint them in the style of your world. For Sale, No Thanks, 6 Nimmt, Skull.
Even though I don't think I've paid MSRP for a board game in ten years, this is really interesting information.
Would you consider the BGA price hikes to fall into the same category as Asmodee? Different reasoning, but still went up and now going up again.
The only similarity is kind of the base shape and maybe two drops of theme. But it's still a great puzzle on its own! I really enjoyed it, and if gets a little stale you can pass it on once your done for another 1p to enjoy.
Campaign started pretty easy then got tough fast. Fun references if you're into similar alien invasion type of media.
I'll second Rhino Hero! For collaboration, my kids have enjoyed Outfoxed, Race for the Treasure and Robot Turtles.
I found that maybe 4-5 was way more about focusing on following rules and heavily house ruling to make a suitable experience so we could play whatever on the shelf looked interesting.
Once they got just a little bit older Battle Sheep, Hive, Azul, and Camel Up got worn out.
Very true, is this part of the idea behind the 'add to cart to see price'?
Luckily the hobby is broad and tastes vary so much there's a fruitful second hand market.
