Don't know why but i my printer has been printing the first layer unevenly
atleast they admitted it, still don't trust mcafee though...

diff country, im in SE Asia
cheapest bottom of the barrel pla, works well enough, and if it doesn't atleast it only costs 11 ish $ per kilo
firstly check that theres only one object, sometimes i've added objects without noticing in blender. if no extra object then prusa slicer should have a scale editor, by default it adjusts all 3 axis's but you can make it scale 1 axis.
last thing make sure you didn't just rotate it which might make prusa slicer measure it wrong
