I'm pretty sure you don't see anything in "all" unless someone on your instance is subscribed. Maybe nobody on your instance is looking for porn.
Any community you aren't subbed to should have a block button in the sidebar. Block the sources until you stop seeing the things you don't want.
Or just ignore them and keep scrolling.
It can depend on your instance, you only see things in "all" that someone on your instance has subscribed to. Plus, some instances defederate from others for one reason or another.
Setting up your own instance seems like a lot of effort to avoid spending two minutes to create a new account.
Definitely a cool result even if it's not quite the one you wanted.
