This is the same town that has a bus terminal across the street from the railroad, but doesn’t correlate the bus schedules with the train schedules. So when you take the train there, there’s no way to go anywhere else without waiting 30 minutes for a bus. And if you try to leave town, your bus will reach the station 5 minutes after the train leaves. Transit is not their strength.

You might try the Evidence Explained forums answered regularly by Elizabeth Shown Mills. She is a specialist in genealogical citation but she is based in Chicago Manual of Style. https://www.evidenceexplained.com/forums/citation-issues

Or you could just take your best stab at a citation and wait for some eagle-eyed all knowing person to correct you 😄
