My vote for Bernie was counted, so yes even for a 3rd party candidate. It would be nice to work towards a proportional representative vote, some states have implement this, but I'd like to see it on the federal scale.

That's fine, the rate of development is rapid given the geographic, political, and private property questions involved. It's a unique process, but one that I fully support and am happy to see quickly roll out!
