They don’t. Those gunshot detectors are notorious for their false positives.
They did.
Modern windows actually handles hardware upgrades pretty well. Just make sure you manually install the chipset drivers so it can read your boot drive and windows update will figure out the rest after a reboot or two.
Assuming that the default is good then yes. But some default DEs are ugly as sin, or just hard to use.
The TSA rarely cares about drugs. I’ve never tried but I have friends who bring them through all the time.
I’ve accidentally brought my pocket knife through the TSA multiple times. But coffee? That that’s clearly a bomb let’s scan it.
Like my Firefox profile data isn’t encrypted and I don’t see anyone sweating over that. This stupid chat history not being encrypted ain’t that different.
So we shouldn’t value teachers?
Is there a chance? Yes, will it destroy anything? Probably not. Just wrap the GPU back up in the anti static bag it ships in and everything else has the entire case to dissipate the charge.
You also can't leave bad reviews if you return an item.
I bought an item that had issues, wanted to return it and the seller accused me of sending back in a different item. Once I got ebay involved I got them to approve the return, but like a day later I got a message from the seller that I assume he meant to send to someone else accusing them of trying to scam them as well. I almost wanted to eat the $40 so I could leave the bad review, but I know ebay would just remove it or something.
Remove the GPU, and if you have a large tower cooler the cooler and wrap them up in bubble wrap and package them separately.
If it will fit nicely wrap up the GPU and just stick it inside the case. Just make sure that it cannot move at all.
The danger is the fun part though. Big shows are boring because there’s no risk to you, and only the guys you can’t see.
Launching bottle rockets by hand, or shooting your friends with Roman candles is the best.
This year we leveled up our game and launched them from the drone.![](https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/pictrs/image/b075c870-e682-40bf-864a-a89f3c5cd605.webp)
