I managed to download a legti ISO by spoofing my user agent to linux, I'll check the checksum of the two ISO I have asap

[-] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago

I'm wondering how can you trust this site though?

[-] [email protected] 4 points 4 weeks ago

I still can't understand how to download the ISO, all I can do is downloading a tool to create a ISO... I'd like to download the sama exact win10 Italian version in order to compare checksum, since I've done a lot of setup already on the laptop

[-] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago

ty I checked the SHA256 and MD5 with Get-File-Hash and they match

[-] [email protected] 3 points 4 weeks ago

Ty, I also think this. It wouldn't be logic to offer a safe scrips but malware injected ISOs

[-] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago

I've done quite a of setup already so it'd be annoying, even changing password is. I'll see what I can do next month as I'm to buys the next weekdays and weekends

I recently asked if MAS was save to activate windows, it turns out it was as I hoped.

However, I've one last doubt: I downloaded the iso from MASSGRAVE (it-it_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_22h2_updated_may_2024_x64_dvd_49ddadb6.iso) and I installed that already.

Also, I logged in my accounts and used sensible passwords already, should I be worried about this? (I ask because some pirates said the ISO should have been downloaded from Microsoft website :/ ).

Please let me know your opinions

[-] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago

I read this on MASgrave and got scared "Windows 10 download from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download isn't recommended because it uses an ESD file to generate ISO and that process sometimes may generate corrupt ISO which can not be verified with known checksums."

I'd like to know if the ISO masgrave distributes are considered safe, if the script they make is considered safe then I'd tend to consider even the ISO.. I wouldn't like to reinstall everything again (besides I already put sensitive data on it like passwords and stuff)

[-] [email protected] 1 points 4 weeks ago

mhh, I already installed everything downloading from MASgrave website, do you think those ISO are dangerous? This is version it-it_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_22h2_updated_may_2024_x64_dvd_49ddadb6.iso (Windows 10 consumer 22H2 Italian)

windows 10 iso are not available for download, so I used the one from MASgrave, dunno if I did something wrong. By the way, apparently my notebook had a HW license already lol

I'm installing windows 10 right now and even though it's not required to activate it, I'd rather do it until I can.

I've googled quite a bit about it and there's no complaints, but I'd like an additional confirmation by the piracy community here.

I appreciate any opinion

do all the guys suggesting me linux understand I run windows steam (lightwight) games on it xD, plus some software I use for studying witch is only available on Windows. I used Debian for ages, but for my current uses I'm fine with windows and I'll upgrade to a SSD if required, plus it already has a good processor and 4GB of RAM even if it's old ...

btw all I have to do is download the ISO from massgrave, burn it on a RW DVD, install it like I did with win7 and then do what the github page says?

Hello, I'm not a fan of pirating when it's unecessary, in fact I've legit windows 10 on my PC, legit games etc.

I'd like to give a new life to my old Windows 7 notebook for when I travel or I want to work outside my room, and Microsoft has made VERY expensive to upgrade nowadays to the most recent OS (s).

I'd like to ask, since most posts I've read are old, what's the best way to pirate Windows 10 currently?

Until I read someone mentioning them on Facebook, but the comment was removed shortly after.

What are these apps, and are they really good and usable on a Fire Stick TV Lite? Is the content they provide comparable to the top online streaming watch online (pirate) websites?

I was going to sell the fire stick and use my PC with an HDMI cable, but I may think twice now.

I recently created a post talking about antimalware software but after reading most comments I'm wondering am I really safe downloading games from Goat websites (of the megathread)...?

Studying is taking a toll on my savings so even though I haven't pirated anything for years and years, I'd love to get back at it.

I was thinking, mbam, have you got other suggestions for Windows 10? Also, is there a good setup for when I'm running games I bought, and I don't need active scanning of threats? (Especially for legit games that use resources intensively)

I own a JVC old european TV and a fire stick tv lite. I used to have a TV in my room and connect it to my desktp PC with an HDMI cable but I removed the telly in order to have more space.

In my living room I have this JVC TV I can use, but I doubt there's much I can do on it.

One solution would be to buy a laptop with HDMI port, but that's expensive for me right now. My old laptop doesn't have any port.

What would be the best solution to watch movies and tv shows on the TV?

I don't know if it's SpotX the problem, but around the time I implemented (a few days ago) when I shut down my PC it says an app is still running and I need to cancel it and shut down again.

The app running has no icon and name too. What could be the problem and solution?

Is MBAM better, or is microsoft defender enough if you download from trusted sources?

Do you consider Nyaa safe? (I'd like to get a visual novel or two that I haven't purchased on steam yet)

Regarding other games, I always used pirate bay and I've been fine, 10 years ago though. Are the website listed in the wiki generally safe?

I thought r/piracy was dead but I see is very active, I don't know if mods changed or something though. Where do you guys think is best to ask questions?

I stopped using a spotify cracked apk years ago when I noticed my email got hacked (technically, it may have been Pandora apk but I still decided to stop).

I have been recently paying premium for almost 1 year but I stopped working for a while I'd like to save some money. I'm wondering if BlockTheSpot by mrpond on GitHub is safe?

It looks like it's been updated 1 week ago so it should work. I'd assume anything on GitHub is safe but I'd still like to ask you guys.

Also, is there a way to download "Spotify for Windows (64 bit) 1.2.33.1039.g8ddb5918" safely... or do I just have to hope it works on the latest desktop version from the official spotify website and never update it?

EDIT: I'd like to also ask if xmanager for android is safe, I've been googling a bit about it and it'd be fantastic to be able to keep using spotify on my phone too, without listening to 1-2 ads per song

I tried to join the lemmy instance some weeks ago but the registration was likely not approved, even though I remember I did everything right.

The same address is down now, not sure if it's blocked by my ISP or something.

So I'm wondering, is there a FMHY community to discuss media piracy resources, subreddit or a forum?
