Not to mention the data corruption since the visitors would no longer be limited to the target area!

In the middle of getting my wisdom teeth pulled. They had to like, take me off the laughing gas, but then feed me air or o2 or something for a bit to make sure it was cleared out of my system enough that I could EXIT the dentist's office and proceed down the hall of the office tower to the shared washroom ... while still doped up on the other pain stuff and whatever else was going on (I think they had to shove some gauze in there to keep me from bleeding all over myself or something) ... fun times!

I was super regular with mine up until the last one. Both Shopper's and Rexall were being weird about it, I don't recall if it was waiting for supply, and/or their online booking was all messed up, and it eventually just slipped through the cracks. NOT going to let that happen EVER again!

Well I hope he gets the COVID Pneumonia I'm on week three of. There have been points I'd rather have just been dead. Seem to be on the mend now, but wow is it ever going slowly.

I've been very happy with my Monoprice "Blackbird 4K DisplayPort 1.4 USB 3.0 4x1 KVM Switch, 4K@60Hz, HDR, YCbCr 4:4:4, HDCP 2.2". I run an ultrawide at 3840x1600 @ 144 Hz, or HDR at 120 Hz, G-Sync both, and it works wonderfully. It took some effort to get all the required devices using the same connections - went through quite a few "USB-C to DP" cables from Amazon that had to be returned because they couldn't do the high refresh like they claimed ... but once I got everything set up, it's worked like a dream, 3+ years and counting now I think.

Same. I was so sure actually I was wondering if it was edited after I clicked or something.

I disagree entirely - the first one I saw was comparing the base model iPhone 16 to a flagship Sony from some years back. This was spot on, and I loled hard. Kudos @[email protected]

This is literally the point of a homelab. I mean not so much the hardware stuff, that sucks, but hell yeah, breaking shit is how you learn! You do not learn JACK following a tutorial to the letter and everything going perfectly.

To be a member of the richest 1% of the world you need a net worth of about $800k – so while the billionaire class is still a massive problem, an even larger problem ecologically is that tens of millions of moderately wealthy people from wealthy nations have massively outsized carbon footprints.

This can not be correct. My wife inherited her parent's house when the last one died when she was 17 or so (guardianship until 18, whatever, not the point) - but we're poor af. I mean we're not lining up at the food bank, but no way we're top 1%. It's worth $800k easy (CAD, but still, throw in some other 'things' we own and we're there).

He's apparently been a nuisance in the nearby gardens. Pictured here plotting his next move I do believe.
