Yes, at least I would and did in the same situation, except they were actual family. They're both POS rape apologists.

Fuck that. When I found out a family member had raped someone they were no longer family.

If it was drug charges sure, but it's not. Drug use is irrelevant.

He raped multiple women.

It's actually the exact same thing. It's their choice.

Unless it's a government mandate I don't have a problem with platforms doing that.

It has nothing to do with fairness. Modifying consumption at an individual level doesn't help and isn't even a step to solving the problem. It's literally propaganda to shift blame and make sure nothing is ever done to address the issue.

If you're relying on individuals you may as well just give up. There needs to be systemic change forced by legislation.

I think so but it would depend on the size of that minority. 1%? no. 40%? yes. I'm not sure where to draw that line exactly though maybe around 10%?

Basically, if a non-game complaint is meaningfully affecting the overall score. In the end I don't really think it matters though.

The 2 is mostly used by the OS. Yes, it would be better if it was all faster but it still wouldn't be used by the GPU as it's segmented.

It's all moot to my original point though. Having more RAM isn't some miracle or a sign it will be faster.

It's certainly thankless but is it a job if you don't get paid?

They do have something to do with it though, that's the whole point. They choose to insert themselves into it and try to reduce his sentence.

You're highlighting the slower 2GB but in reality that's not used by games in the first place. They're relegated to the 8GB which is significantly faster.

The Steam Deck has essentially 2x the available memory but it's much slower. The point being "having more RAM" isn't some amazing feat. It really depends on all the involved specs. Even amount/bandwidth isn't enough. GDDR has much higher bandwidth than DDR or LPDDR but it's also higher latency. It's tuned for graphics, not system RAM depending on the work load one can be faster than the other.

To be fair the statement was written after conviction. They knew and did it anyway in an attempt to help him get a lighter sentence.
