If the senator doesn't want to sit in traffic, he should take a bike. I hear there is plenty of space on the bike lane.

The companies even went as far as putting a logo on the plastic that looks exactly like the recycle logo, but all it indicates is what kind of plastic it is. This is pure deceit and should be outlawed immediately and fine/jail everyone responsible.
