These numbers are from analyzing over 7000 movies, the title at the top is probably the highest rated title in each bucket.
I don’t think that’s a fair assessment. Comparing to a traditional loop, it has marginally better thermals, one less set of tubing (i.e. places for leaks to spring up), and a smaller form factor. Wether or not those are “worth the money” is completely subjective. As someone interested in custom SSF builds I thought it was interesting.
I have an older Withings watch and will buy another once I need to. Even bought a set for my parents. I really dont need a tiny phone strapped to my wrist, I have an actually usable one right in my pocket. The battery lasts weeks, the heartrate and sleep tracking stuff works, I can keep the phone on silent and still get notifications… it really is the perfect smart watch as far as I’m concerned.
Ours are pre-fried at the factory, then frozen and packaged. We typically then finish cooking them in the oven.

In my just under 40 years on this rock, the only time I’ve seen someone deepfrying french fries at home has been on American TV shows. It’s a lot more popular to cook them in the oven around here.
I’m guessing they don’t do it because it would take about 5min before people have written filesharing bots like the IRC XDCC bots of old.
iPhone 11. I agree on the dangers of corps turning evil, but I don’t agree that the solution is to move from ”might turn evil in the future” (Apple) to ”already pretty far in the evil camp” (Google). This is already becoming apparent with the enshittification of Google search. Chromium and Android will soon follow.
