"Postboxen" in denen alles gesammelt wird, das in andere Räume/Etagen soll. Kisten im Kühlschrank, die helfen Dinge für einzelne Mahlzeiten auf einen Griff heraus zu holen und darüber hinaus die Reinigung erleichtern.

The people behind GrapheneOS even extend the support. Currently rocking Android 14 with GrapheneOS on my Pixel 4a.

Methylphenidate finally made me feel "normal" and able to get my shit together, I have one huge problem, though. (30, M) in c/[email protected]

I started developing stomach issues after some time when starting to take Methylphenidat (diagnosed and started to take medication with 30, 30mg total). I then switched to Lisdexamphetamin which helps me the same way without sideeffects. Additionally I have less of a crash when the medication wears off.

I really liked "A Guide to the Good Life" by William B Irvine. IMHO it not only does a good job introducing stoicism, but also a practical interpretation of philosophy.
