We'll it's all true but there are some smaller differences, I live in ex Yugoslav country which was in eastern block but more liberal than Soviet puppet states.
Most people aren't racist or xenophobic (except Balkan rule: hate thy neighbor). We are just an extremely introverted and paranoid society, that's why many empires fell around our people. We never had any colonies because our people were used as labour for other empires, so we never developed a superiority complex to other races.

It's weird how MMO have some of the best OST in the whole gaming world. For me it's the Dragon ball Global online OST, played it as a kid with my older brother. It's OST brings back one of my most cherished memories. Here's the link if anyone's interested

I'm from Balkans, most of our textbooks all the way to highschool were written in some type of Comic Sans. In highschool only English and Math textbooks used Comic Sans font rest of them used Calibri.
Plus on Reddit, corporation makes money from content users create while here everything is open, free and fun.
