I played rdr2 on a 1060 3gb before I upgraded my card. I had to turn pretty much everything down to low except for texture quality, keep that high or at least medium cuz anything lower and it straight up becomes a ps2 game. Was able to get around 50 fps most of the time, up to 60 indoors and 30-40 in saint denis. Your 4gb card should get better performance than that due to higher vram tho.

Disclosure: i havent played in a few months so some of these might be out of date.

My biggest complaint was it almost always just devolved into sneaking into buildings to get employee data of the suspect which leads you to a fingerprint. There was no deduction through questioning the suspect, figuring out a motive and then tying it all together. Just find the name of the suspect, then find the fingerprints (by sneaking into buildings) of every single individual they had contact with until you find a match. I felt more like a vigilante thief than a detective. I guess LA Noire (i know, one is rockstar's baby and the other's an indie title, but still) remains the best detective game for now.

Ah, the classic reddit "you disagree with me you must be a troll/bot/karma farming"

I remember the leaked(?) gameplay a while ago showing how it was very action heavy clearly inspired by the God of War reboot. But then BG3 happened and I would feel really bad for the devs if they were told by management to pivot and just copy another game instead and now theyre remaking the game yet again... I honestly have no faith in the gameplay being anything near as good as Origins, but hopefully the story and world and characters can be good? Do good writers still work at Bioware anymore?

Ah, the olde "fuck me up for life" trifecta.
