It's almost entirely because of second thought, Deprogram, and leftist YouTube that I developed the language I needed to understand the way things are, and was able to find books that I should read.

And even more important, have been doing praxis with local comrades.

A dissenting voice is incredibly important, and to believe that any positive change can come from a few thousand principled people in the west is absurd.

People watch idiot lib shit all the time, look how many of those exist.

You're right. They should let a warmongering group point their missiles at them without recourse. If you ignore it, they will go away. Right?

The ability to focus..... I got wrapped up in writing a dnd campaign that should have been a one shot.... 4 hours later and no food and it turned into a 5 session campaign.....

I don't think it's ever been done before. So I think a precedent needs to be set first before the question can be properly addressed.

Fitnotes is great. Free but you can pay a one-time "supporter fee" to get slightly expanded functionality. Its on android, not sure about apple.

It ticks all your boxes, except open-source. But you can export all your data

Instead of a priest have a speaker that broadcasts "the revolution will not be televised" with a sick drop. This is when the whole thing turns into a rave, and everyone has to show up dressed as their favourite communist.

Loss is sad. Better to party and celebrate life together, at least for one night.

I heard a cousin of mine say some vague shit about "things being bad", and "soon they're going to get worse, probably for 2 or 4 years, but hopefully they get better after that". This was in the middle of one of his gay/trans/immigrant/racist rants. (Why are these people so obsessed with genitals btw)

It was clear he was talking about 2025.

So, I think the difference is now the right is more organized, and have more people ready to be mobilized, so it's much easier to make this shit happen.

This is a lesson for us. Organizing and mobilizing make everything easier to accomplish

My OHP is 230lbs strict (for credentials).

A little lean through your upper back is good, and can be used to help get your head out of the way. Looking up is fine too (I have to for log press for example). Make sure you get your head through at the top of the press.

If your neck is sore, it is probably related to upper back/trap strength/ function. Your traps support your shoulders but the muscle in your neck can get involved in weird ways if your traps are strong enough.

For your warm up, take bands and do pull parts, making sure you pull with your traps but squeezing your shoulder blades down and together. When you get a bit of burn in there you're good. When warming up with the bar, do some slow reps just feeling your body, seeing if you can make your back more stable.

I used to get headaches from neck/trap tightness and weakness, so play around and see what everything feels like. If you happen to have ADHD, it may always look like you are doing it right, but you still might not be. So, find a technique where you feel stable, and the most powerful, and you'll be well on your way to a good lift.

People's time and energy is limited. If there is no reason for someone to know something (like they are being screwed by a landlord/taxman) and no direct action they can take to solve the problem, why waste their time?

People can't care about everything. If you care about something, start organizing people to solve the issue. With success, many more may become interested, or at the very least you have a clear goal and history of winning, such that you can use it to convince others to join your cause.

And the Democrats are fighting to outlaw it too right?

Securing a computer? (lemmygrad.ml)
submitted 1 month ago by [email protected] to c/[email protected]

So I have a situation where I would like to keep data secure. In my mind if I'm working on a computer that has no network connection, this is the safest.

However, I may from time to time need to transfer data to this machine, which introduces a vulnerability. Any thoughts on how I could minimize the risk in this case?
