White guilt is non-existent in Eastern Europe.
Im not from the USA, but i have never seen any right-winger on the internet ever complaining about Ukraine's right to defend itself. I've only seen them complaining the aid packages your government sends there to keep the war going as long as possible.
Its not fake, but overhyped. It wont change humanity, just ruin the internet and maybe replace a few jobs.
