Multiple options available depending on what you want. Duckduckgo for Bing results. Startpage for Google and Bing.

I've been quite happy with Startpage for a while now and there are multiple options depending on just how badly you want to avoid Google.

Yeah I've been using Thunder since Liftoff was abandoned. I haven't used the filters yet, but it's been a solid client.

It seems like it will filter out (block) any post containing your keyword anywhere in the post title, body, or URL. Not sure about comments, but it's a solid start.

Don't know about Jerboa, but Thunder does have keyword filtering.
