My prerelease promo was Maha. I had enough lizards to run the BR lizard ~~snow~~fireball. I won the event without losing a game. In one game, I kept a hand of just five lands and Maha!
I also had a very interesting game involving Iridescent Vinelasher. I had it and the offspring copy out alongside Flamecache Gecko. Late in the game, I burned out my opponent by discarding the castable cards I topdecked; I actually wanted to draw lands so I could play them for 2 damage every turn.

Jonathan has mentioned during a PoE 2-related interview that it'll have instant buyout trades with a gold fee, so this looks like some of that backported to 1. He said they still want trading to be inefficient, so they're just moving that inefficiency into gold.
Time for lore nitpicking. This art seems to show Vraska as a snake, but the Bloomburrow web story implied she turns into a lizard on Bloomburrow. Or maybe people don't always transform into the same thing each time.

Hi, unwanted internet pedant here. Gb is gigabits. GB is gigabytes. All of English Wikipedia compressed is about 100 GB.
We don't really have enough perspective cues to conclusively tell if their sizes change. This looks like a direct portal from one plane to another, so I'd assume there's no size change going on. Dude is going to have extreme culture shock seeing a rat three times their height.
