Russia is one of the most active and militant opponents of the western hegemony right now. Critical support is a thing, which are to be used in situations like this. Russia's defeat would not magically turn them into a pro-lgbtq+ socalists reborn USSR, but them getting cut off from the west, will lay the foundation for its re-industrialization and reemergence of a new soviet union. Besides Russia shields and supports Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela and many other "based" states, without russia, many of them fill be easy pickings for the us. The US left having the "moral high" ground, is a completely meaningless for the third world.

Anglo-French powers have been trying to bring back the PLC since it collapses, because they plan to use poles as canon fodder. Yes, the PLC was an enemy of russia, but I was more alluding to the germans and austrians of WW1/2 and the interwar/cold war periods.

Exactly unlike the Iraqis and Afghans the people of the oblasts governed by ukrainianism will have the choice. Will they become more like siberians, uralians, novgordians or the people of the kuban? Or will they languish under western debt and exploitation for an national idenity that verabted out of austro-hungarian galicia?

And watch how quickly that welfare system will wilt and wither. American bases bring drugs, austerity and water pollution - I know about it because I grew up next to one.

The US already uses Irish Airports for military purposes, so there isnt really something to be gained from joining NATO. Russia is like totally irrelevant. Sans napoleonic shenanigans, a irish dude getting shanked in vienna and getting a big church named after him and them wanting to put a hohenzollern as king, Ireland barely had any contact with the continent anyways. They only lose by joining NATO.

It was pretty great, however full of hand wringing about electorialism and pearl-clutching about the Vuvuzela and Bolivia, at its terminal stage.

The Kursk Army got all the US aid and western "advisors", so no they are actually the best-in-shape section of the westoid military force. But yeah everytime the geographical region today christend with the name of ukraine was not under russian control, it was used to butcher and invade russia. Thats why ukrainian independence as was always short lived. Either the mongols, poles, lithuanians, tatars or other slavs were the rulers of that land.

Love that hypothetical genocides count as counterbalance to real ongoing genocides.

We will never know how many palestinians will have died in the end, because in many cases there is no one left behind to mourn their absence. The future historians will probably have to extrapolate figures which of course will be disputed by surviving sympathizers.

A lot of settlers have american passports. The US could snap its fingers and Israel would cease the next day.
