@[email protected] just wondering if you have considered setting up a second, beta, instance of lemmy.world open to the public?
With all the performance issues with 0.18.1, it's highlighted that there needs to be a way to stress test these updates before applying them to the main instance.

~~RC2~~ RC4 was just released, here's hoping it solves the issues you were experiencing with performance of RC1!
This looks really interesting, but no mobile or web apps is a bit of a bummer 😕
They weren't saying it would compete with the Deck, they were saying similar in capability.
IE. Similar level of computational power.
