I mean 30-40 years ago you could replace the word pedophile with homosexual and a vast majority of people would agree. I'm not defending pedophilia here but it's important to remember these people are born the way they are. Nothing is going to change that, new pedophiles are born every day. They will never go away. The same way you can't change gay or transgender people. Repressing sexual desire never works look at the priests in the Catholic Church. A healthy outlet such as AI generated porn could save a lot of actual children from harm. I think that should be looked into.

Reading this thread you linked, all the comments are from lemmy.ml, lemmy grad and hexbear. The three most toxic Lemmy's in the entire fediverse. One comment said Lemmy.world is "too far right". Give me a fucking break. I'm no fan of lemmy.world, but you can safely ignore anything said by these idiots.

AFAIK there is a work around to run MacOS in a VM and run the Mac client which doesn't have kernel anti cheat, but meh, why bother?

Snapshotting is a feature of BTRFS file systems. Timeshift will manage said snapshots. BTRFS file system is required.

Ah okay then. As user Russ said above it's gotta be Nvidia drivers are still in beta with the fix from Nvidia side. I'm using an AMD card as well for this exact same reason. Wayland runs great on team red!

KDE 6.1 just hit Arch repos like 3 days ago. You're likely on 6.0.5. Switching between X11 and Wayland is effortless just change the default manager in SDDM settings.

The flickering thing is because you're using Wayland and Nvidia GPU. If you switched to X11 (losing HDR support, unfortunately), the flickering goes away. However! I would recommend updating your system to KDE 6.1, which I believe has the explicit sync fix.
