I dunno maybe they should be subject to more stringent rules like people at banks and such? If you can just trade your stocks right before you pass a law, what's the point of the new rule? That's part of why they're under fire in the first place isn't it? They have insider information. Saying you can't trade after the fact seems like it's too late to me. Maybe I didn't explain that well idk.
AFTER BEING SIGNED INTO LAW seems like a huge loophole to me. They can just trade while they're talking about it or right after it passes but hasn't been signed, etc etc.
He shits on everyone all the time. It's not exclusive to LG or even Apple. It's just whatever happens to come to his attention. Which is basically pick a company and they're doing something horrible.
Yeah I think the ruling was garbage too but I'm getting tired of the overly dramatic hot takes on this everywhere. Nuance is dead.
Depends on the type of server too. My media server is arch (aur is godsend with all the weird little tools I'm running) but you'd have to be out of your fucking mind to use it for a web server.
Web server is usually Ubuntu server/Debian with virtualmin.
Yeah this is very much not that they don't understand there's a better way. It's that they don't care to look up how. It's pretty common. People just go oh I don't know computers and you get whatever random crap they could throw together with zero effort lol.
I opted weekly so I could store longer time periods. If I want to go a month back I just need 4 instead of 30. At least that was the main Idea. I've definitely realized I fucked something up weeks ago without noticing before lol.
I have weekly backups of my VMs in Proxmox. Fuck it lol.
This is the answer. Pretty much every ISP blocks 80 They say it is because worms use it blah blah but it is exactly what you think. They don't want you running a web server. You're probably going to have to do the DNS challenge instead.
I don't disagree with you. Progress is progress. I just wish it was more.
