@southsamurai @gabe Now it's all downloadable, not so much CD's anymore.

@gabe I'd love that! Can you email me the giant list of resources? If I can do it, I'd rather not do any shipping, at all, myself, or inventory, like, I'd want it to be a very very passive thing! My literary agent is already side eyeing me because I'm playing in the Fedi rather than meeting my deadlines. LMAO! I wanted to possibly have a bookshop store for print books but then a Libro FM store that highlighted books with Disabled characters across multiple genres. I just launched a new website, and am now seriously thinking about large print titles and otherwise, but I'm sure Bookshop has large print titles. We can download digital Braille files from a number of our Disabled libraries, but still, now you got me thinking so can you email me? https://robertkingett.com/contact/

@gabe This makes me want to create my own online bookstore, kind of! I’m the worst when it comes to finding out about new titles though so my store would always be out of date!

@JaymesRS Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for! I just wish the books had synopsis on the pages, though. This is actually great!

@JaymesRS Thank you! I will check it out!

@antonim As for me, I use Bookwyrm and my libraries timeline feature in Libby.

Hi @disability I am a Blind writer. I write mostly romance because Disabled people should have happily ever afters too! I moved to the Fedi long before the migrations started happening around big socials and I've contributed a few things, along with others in this space, to help make these spaces a bit more accessible for all, but especially screen reader users because that is my lived experience. I believe in the social model of Disability and I am tired all day long. Still, I hang out a lot in RomanceLandia because I feel it is the best way to understand people, is through their romantic fantasies and wish fulfilments and dreams and desires. I run a blog and keep up with my blog and mailing list the most.

@foss there was a Linux distro for writers but it appears to be dead. Anyone have links to similar distros for non technical writers? Read about the mentioned distro at https://www.linux.com/news/ghostwriter-linux-distro-writers/

I updated this post where I list a bunch of books that will encompass my personality. The gyst is getting to know me through these books. They all reveal an aspect of my personality. I am going to add to this list in the future Books to understand me. https://blindjournalist.wordpress.com/2022/11/26/books-to-understand-me/ @literature

@literature just got 2 Bunnicula bundles from Audible and, yup, these books are still fantastic!

@literature how do you find new books to read? For me, it’s YouTube channels, blogs like lovely Audiobooks, the Libro FM blog and the Audible blog. I listen to audiobooks
