It's my understanding that Graphene has security as its main goal, not privacy, though it's also quite private.
I feel like a system that noticeably increases the resistance of the gas pedal right around the current speed limit might be a good idea. It would make speeding require more intention on the part of the driver.

As far as I know, the only "stable" linux phones are the Pinephone and Librem 5. The former runs hot and is painfully slow and the librem is very expensive for what you get. Some android phones can be reflashed but there are always core hardware features missing like camera, usb and GPS. I wrote this comment on my Oneplus 6 running postmarketOS, so you can make it work if you accept the shortcomings.
While that would be pretty nice, there are working open source drivers made by the community already. They have issues and only really work on linux though. lvra has plenty of info about this stuff.
Maybe you correctly follow documentation and best practices.
It's HTC, the trackers probably need some sketch software to work. Also, what VR runtime are you using for your vive?

This is exactly what I do. I find Portainer to be nice for getting an overview of my containers that are all created using docker-compose.
