I really want to play Mirage, but it is too expensive. If it comes on Steam, I'll wait for the sale, because the prices are cheaper in my country. But if it comes on Game Pass, I'll get a month's subscription. Game pass is way cheaper than Ubisoft Plus.

Now that the next game is announced, I really hope Mirage gets cheaper.

Was really excited for a back to basics game and I still am but there are some basic basic issues with it. Minor but annoying.

My kid came in while I was playing so I turned off blood, but it wouldny allow me to "change difficulty a this time".

i tried to eavesdrop on a guard, could not have got closer and nothing happened. No prompt to listen and nothing said, had to give up on steslth to progress the game.

Also absolutely hate cursors on console and the Uconnect dialogue boxes incessantly popping up

So before I begin this, there will be some spoilers. I wish to explain accurately and with detail. This is based on chronological time periods and when they line up.

So starting we have Assassins creed Odyssey. This story line follows the eagle bearer. Aka the one to give birth to one of the future first assassins. This game takes places 431 BC - 404 BC. Next we travel into ancient Egypt. Assassins creed Origins. This takes place between 49-43 BC. Where the creed actually begins.

Next we have Assassins Creed Mirage which is ate in the 9th century. This ties into assassins creed Valhalla which Basim is the assassin in Mirage and Valhalla.

Moving onto Assassins creed 1 and Assassins Creed Revelations. Assassins creed 1 runs through the life of Altaïr. Now Assassins creed revelations connects to AC 1. Which is why I suggest to play it after. Which important mentions there’s AC Altaïr chronicles and Bloodlines. I do not know much about those but those might be worth checking out before Revelations.

Before our next assassins creed go watch Assassins Creed Linage based I’d guess around 1475

Then we move onto Assassins creed 2 and Brotherhood. Which explores the life of Ezio Auditore. Which is based 1476- 1507

There’s two small games after these, AC Rebellion (1517 AD) and Chronicles China ( 1526-1532 AD)

Assassins creed Black Flag, 1715-1722 AD. Which this ties into Unity and Syndicate but I’ll get into that later.

Then there’s two side games which one (Assassins Creed Pirates) never heard of it so probably not important but Assassins Creed Freedom cry I’d say is important to play. 1735- 1737. I can’t remember fully but I believe that this assassin is Edward’s highest friend I forget his name 😅.

Play Assassins Creed Rogue next, 1752- 1776 AD. This ties into our next two games. Assassins Creed 3 and Unity.

Which after play AC3 which is based 1754-1783. Then play Assassins Creed Unity 1776-1800 ad. Assassins Creed Chronicles: India ( 1841 AD ) this is a side game that you don’t have to play but may.

Finally we have Assassins Creed syndicate ( 1868 AD ) and Assassins Creed: Chronicles Russia (1918 AD) (Side Game). Which afterwards I suggest watch the AC movie and read some books.

Now connection page.

In AC Revelations it explores Ezio falling in love while he figures out things about the past with Altaïr.

Assassins Creed Black Flag ties into Unity and Syndicate. As Edward appears in a cutscene in Unity. While in Syndicate you actually explore Edward’s house.

Then Assassins Creed Rogue is important to play because you meet Conor’s father and you meet the person or play as the person (I forget) who kills Arno’s father in the first cutscene.

All right, I’m using talk to text at the moment so it might not be perfect. Though I was just playing the mission where Blackbeard is looking for medicine And I was getting so enraged over the fact that his ship destroys so quickly and doesn’t do nearly as much damages the Jackdawl does. I will admit, I have almost my entire ship, decked out and all the best loot, but still your black beard. Why isn’t your ship like God tier?!

I wanted to revisit blag flag and this time I wanted to finish the game 100%. Right now the only thing left is the mini game achievements to get 100%.

Are there any wiki or tutorials to finish the mini games. (I really don't want to use my brain to finish the games)

I've been a pretty loyal fan of the series, although I (for various reasons) usually waited for a while before I pulled the trigger on the individual games once they could be had at a good discount. My favorite game of the series to this day probably still is AC IV: Black Flag, but seeing as I'm a bit of a history nerd, I had my fun with all of them.

What I'm really hoping is that Mirage is a back-to-the-roots type of thing when it comes to scope, size and the open world. I've just finished my second, somewhat rushed, run of AC: Origins and realized that the only reason I was going to do it once again was New Game Plus. That gave me the opportunity to just play the main story without worrying about looting, leveling and the awful grind that came with the huge open world. All the copy-pasta content with enemy camps, farming resources for crafting, farming money and whatnot. Some of the repetitive gameplay in the more recent instalments of the game were still fun for me (like raiding the monasteries in Valhalla) and I never minded those aspects in my favorite, Black Flag. But going forward, I really hope Odyssey and Valhalla peaked in that regard and the new games will be more focused and story-driven and won't have a huge open world just for the sake of having a huge open world.

New video dropped. Thoughts? I was a bit surprised at the skills but the rest looks good.

First time playing through AC: Revelations after 100%-ing the first 3 games and I can't seem to find all the Animus Data Fragments. When I hit 50, it gave me a message that they've been unlocked on the map but I'm at 92 collected and there are no more shown on the map. Is this a bug? Did I miss a few early ones or something? I'd rather not have to go through a guide online and check if I got every single one by going to each spot one at a time.
