Japan antisemites are antisemitic because they want Japanese people to take over the roles of Jewish control of the world.

According to one Japanese antisemitic text:

At present sixty to seventy percent of the world's money is said to be in Jewish hands. There are many poor and penniless countries that end up having to accept capital from abroad in order to get by, and consequently they have to submit to Jews in order to borrow the money they need.

Typically Jews invest in transportation facilities, electric plants, railways and subways. ... It is then that the Jews will be able to take over.

Memoranda written in 1930s Imperial Japan proposed settling Jewish refugees escaping Nazi-occupied Europe in Japanese-controlled territory. As interpreted by Marvin Tokayer and Swartz (who used the term "Fugu Plan [ja]", that was used by the Japanese to describe this plan), they proposed that large numbers of Jewish refugees should be encouraged to settle in Manchukuo or Japan-occupied Shanghai,[1] thus gaining the benefit of the supposed economic prowess of the Jews and also convincing the United States, and specifically American Jewry, to grant political favor and economic investment into Japan. The idea was partly based on the acceptance of The Protocols of the Elders of Zion as being a genuine document by at least part of the Japanese leadership - but rather than arousing hatred of Jews, the intended effect of the Protocols, they actually caused the Japanese to consider the Jews as powerful potential allies for Japan.[2]

Fujita wrote eight books on business strategy. His first book, The Jewish Way of Doing Business, explained that Jews had taken over the business world and exhorted his readers to use Jewish business methods to become rich themselves. The book was also part autobiography, in which Fujita drew parallels between antisemitism and the discrimination he himself faced because of his Kansai dialect. (He also believed that Jews had settled in Osaka some 1,000 years ago, which was why people from the area were craftier businessmen.)
