Yesterday, 05/22/2024, at about 12:50, a missile strike was carried out on air defense positions in the area of the Mospino airfield, Donetsk region.
The strike was carried out using 5 ATACMS ballistic missiles.
Losses: ā¢ 2 S-300/400 air defense missile launchers were destroyed; ā¢ 1 S-300/400 air defense missile launcher was damaged; ā¢ Radar ā96L6Eā was destroyed; ā¢ The control center of the S-300/400 air defense system was destroyed;
There are no casualties among personnel.

Ukraine has been decimating Russia's ability to scan and engage targets in the sky. All these destroyed S-series radars/launchers as well as the pair of destroyed A-50s a few months ago, are making it easier and easier for Ukraine to slip munitions deeper and deeper into Russian territory.
