Here's how I remember by breaking it into 3 parts.

bour: because the rich are a "bore" and they suck

geo: because the rich rule the world

isie: "easy" because spelling bourgeoisie is easy!

I usually look at easily-misspelled words in terms of etymology. The word itself stems from "city-dwellers:"

The root word in "bourgeois/borgeoisie" is "bourg," which means a city or small town.
Then a silent E to represent the French silencing their colonial subjects.
Then a pretentious "-ois" because, again, the French
