Such a powerful ending. It gave me goosebumps from beginning to end, but ESPECIALLY at the very end. The symbolism of King and Luz getting a scar in the same place. King's sacrifice. Silence, rain. Luz's deadpan expression and Gus crying. And then the nice touch of Hunter keeping Gus under his arm, as a big brother would.
I'm sad we didn't get more Owl House content, but I'm happy we got to see this. To quote the Wheel of Time: "It wasn't the ending, but it was an ending".
I like writing, and my deepest wish is, one day, to be able to write something capable of moving other people the same way authors such as Dana Terrace moved me with their works.
