Anything can do... creole or just official is fine as well...
Out of all the ones she listed the only one used to be Grenada. All the others are imperialist states and comprador states that have quenched revolutionary momentum pretty thoroughly.
Well, do you wanna take a stab at which one could be the first to fail to quash revolutionary momentum?
I'd probably guess South Africa or Guyana if you wanna count Guyana.
I see no reason not to.
