This man is NOT lucid even at midday and he is currently running for a presidential term that will not even end until 5 years from now

Section 3 of the 20th Amendment says the President or president elect. If Biden is elected and dies/resigns before inauguration, then Kamala Harris legally becomes president at inauguration

I don't know how chuds would respond though. I don't know if they hate Biden or Harris more. They seem to think Harris is a secret Marxist tankie or something, which would be really funny though
