In addition to just doing the “but Trump’s cognitive decline!!” bit, there’s also a ton of “I’m forgetful too and I’m only 38!” or “let’s cut the guy some slack! Watch his SOTU speech and tell me he’s got cognitive decline!” which is just…yeah.
