Well that's not true. It can impair you while driving, in some rare cases it can provoke latent paranoia and anxiety, etc.

It should absolutely be descheduled, as it is clearly less dangerous than alcohol, but to say there is NOTHING unsafe about it is not true. Just because you can't OD on it doesn't mean there aren't risks
