Interesting little thing I've noticed: my organisation (and thus their complaints page) blocks all the connections from our IP (we have a static IP). Switch to data and it works, turn on a vpn (even a foreign one) and it works.

And probably kind of dodgy too... There's nothing that I can think of that would prevent access to their website besides them making a conscious effort to block IPs they manage

SORBS doesn't seem to be a thing anymore, but a similar IP blacklist checker says we aren't listed on any

It could just be bureaucratic idiocy. My work blocks access to their own rostering system over the organisation's wi-fi, you can only use it on the wired network or using your personal connection.
