Yellowstone is a drama western series that follows the Dutton family, who own the largest ranch in the US, and their conflicts with land developers, an Indian reservation, and a national park.

Just assume it's Sons of Anarchy for boomers

Living the American dream of inheriting a shitload of land your ancestor got given for free by the government after they stole it from the native inhabitants

The prequel show 1883 makes this explicit when we see the US military more or less hunting Shoshone people who retaliated against asshole settlers who picked fights with them

Literally until right now I thought this show was about Yellowstone national park

Sounds like the kind of show that'd be great for a romantic date night with my cousin.

How is Sons of Anarchy not Sons of Anarchy for boomer. Whenever I saw it's the most "dentist on a harley davidson self image dream at nigh" show

I was always under the impression Sons of Anarchy was aimed at Gen X and elder millenials.

That's probably just from knowing a bunch of Gen X and elder millennials who were obsessed with it and got real touchy when I said it was a soap opera for men.

i generally like crime media (not to be confused with cop media) but it wasn't done very well, obviously made by out of touch ppl and since it was a fox show (well fx but still) it could never have been gritty or tell a real story like The Wire or Boardwalk Empire
