It's really good! You start with seitan and mix in seasonings. I even bought some vegan casings and a sausage extruder.
What casings do you use? I might need to get a sausage extruder eventually.
I'll see if I can find out. I lost the package a long time ago, and I've been keeping them in a ziplock bag.
