I will expect that Pax Americana respond with the claim that a competitor other than racist European diaspora for international development is bad with the allegation that invisible hand of the free market privileges scary red Communist masterminds.

They’ve been projecting neocolonial debt trapping onto China, and corporate media of course repeats it. There’s plenty of evidence that it’s bullshit.
