Better with just the year as the title?

I thought it was OK, because I had no context what's up with the hat-masks but is just the year better?

Not a huge deal. Just the point of the sub is to not have immediate context. Sidebar could be worded better.

All titles here are supposed to be just "PIC", even the year is context in a place meant to have none whatsoever. It's literally the only thing the sidebar requests of users here.
